  • Payment Information: processed via third-party payment processors (we do not store your credit card details).

  • Website Usage: IP address, browser type, pages visited, time spent, referring URL, device type (desktop / mobile / tablet).

2.3 Information About AI Content

When you engage with our services, we may create AI-generated video clones, voice clones, and AI content using your likeness, voice, or personal brand elements. You explicitly consent to this use. See Section 5 (AI Content and Data) below.

3. Legal Basis and Consent (UAE PDPL Compliance)

Under the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 (Personal Data Protection Law — PDPL), we process your data on the following legal bases:

  • Explicit Consent: for marketing communications and optional data collection (you can withdraw consent at any time by emailing hello@talcai.io).
  • Performance of Contract: for application processing, service delivery, and billing.
  • Legal Obligation: to comply with UAE tax, corporate, and data protection laws.
  • Legitimate Interest: to improve our Site, prevent fraud, and provide customer support.

4. Use of Your Information

We use the information we collect for:

  • Service Delivery: processing your application, providing TALC AI services, managing your account, and creating AI content (with your explicit consent per Section 5).

  • Marketing: sending promotional content about our services (you can opt out at any time).
  • Analytics & Improvement: understanding how you use the Site, identifying trends, and improving our services.

5. AI Content and Data (Critical Consent Section)

5.1 AI Clones and Voice Cloning

If you engage our Personal Brand System service, we use AI technology to create:

  • Video clones of your likeness
  • Voice clones of your recordings
  • AI-generated content based on your messaging and brand direction

By signing our Terms of Service, you explicitly consent to:

  • The creation of AI clones using your image, voice, and likeness
  • The use of these clones to produce daily content across Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok
  • Storage of your likeness and voice data in our systems for the duration of our service agreement and up to 12 months after service termination (for archive purposes only)

5.2 Your Rights Regarding AI Content

  • You may request deletion of all your AI clone data by emailing hello@talcai.io with a signed deletion request. We will delete AI assets within 30 days, though some data may persist in backups for up to 6 months (in compliance with UAE data retention standards).
  • You may not use your AI clone without our consent for purposes outside your service agreement.
  • We do not sell, license, or share your AI clone with third parties without your written consent.

5.3 AI Model Limitations

We do not warrant that AI-generated content will be error-free, on-brand in all cases, or suitable for all audiences. AI models can produce unexpected outputs. We limit our liability for AI model outputs per our Terms of Service, Section 8.

6. Data Sharing and Disclosure

6.1 Third Parties

We do not sell your data. We may share your information with:

  • Service Providers: payment processors, email platforms, analytics tools, and cloud storage providers (all under data processing agreements).
  • Legal Authority: if required by UAE law, a government request, or to protect our legal rights.
  • Business Transfer: if TALC AI is acquired, sold, or merges, your data may be transferred to the acquiring entity (you will be notified).

6.2 Platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok)

When you authorize us to post on your social media accounts, we obtain your explicit consent to:

  • Access your account via OAuth or API
  • Post on your behalf
  • Retrieve basic analytics

We do not store your social media passwords. See each platform's privacy policy for their data handling.

6.3 Third-Party Links

Our Site may contain links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Always review their privacy policies before providing information.

7. Cookies and Tracking

10. International Data Transfers
